  • We recommend moving the houses daily.  This can change depending on the condition of your field and the weather.
  • Yes, we do! We offer portable chicken coops that come in a variety of sizes depending on your flock’s size and space constraints.
  • The shipping weight of the houses without feed, water, or hens is:
    • 300 Model: 2000-2500 pounds (depending on features)
    • 650 Model: 5500 pounds
  • We include several design factors to help make cleaner hens and eggs, including…
    • The rollaway nests move the eggs away from the hens as soon as they are laid.
    • The floor is a mesh that allows the manure and dirt to drop through.  This keeps the house and hens cleaner.
    • There is a 2″ gap between the flooring and the actual nests.  This prevents manure and dirt from building up at the nests or inside the nests.
  • We use a heavy-duty tarp-like material designed to withstand natural elements while allowing natural sunlight through. We have many mobile houses over 10 years old still using the original covering!
