Order Fulfillment

Online orders are generally shipped within 3 business days from when the order is placed. Shipment tracking is available on request.

If an order shipment is delayed, we will communicate with you about the delay.

Business days are Monday through Friday. US holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.

Delivery Estimates

We ship online orders through UPS or UPS freight, depending on the weight of the order’s products. We do not ship outside the continental United States.

Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates only. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if the shipper extends the delivery time after the order ships.

Refunds

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.

If you ask us to cancel your entire order before we have shipped it, we will refund the full amount of your order with shipping, less 3% to cover credit card fees.

If you change your mind after receiving your order and ask for a refund, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return. You are responsible for return shipping via UPS or freight, as needed. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If you still have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
